In a nutshell....

I'm sick.......... I'm tired........ I ate sugar........lots of sugar..... carbs too......I'm sad.......It's a new day!! Looking forward to it and sending big hugs to you all!

That's all I've got for now.....oh yeah...I've finally cleaned up. Now to the returns!!!

Thought for the day: Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrrives and puts itself in our hands and hopes we've learned something from yesterday. John Wayne

  5. Boy, have we all been in that spot as well, and it feels like crap! That's why we don't give up. Each "bad day" is really a good reminder of why we are on the path that we are on, and that we will continue forward on that path because, really, we do feel better overall. That moment of enjoyment, as undeniable as it may be, doesn't last as long as feeling good...mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. But all is not lost, because it only lasted a "moment" in time. For some, the "moment" may have lasted a week, a few days, a day, or just a meal, but it is still a minuscule amount of time in the big picture. You'll feel back to your normal, healthy self in no time. Hugs, and a Happy, Joy-Filled New Year!
