Nothing says Christmas like fresh holly, evergreens and winterberries! |
It's all about the journey. This is about my journey through every day life. I'm trying to live a balanced, healthier lifestyle. I am an avid follower of the Wheat Belly ( Dr. William Davis) and Grain Brain ( Dr. David Perlmutter) way of eating since January 2014. I follow a wheat and grain free lifestyle and limit sugar, carbs, and processed foods. Come follow along. It's more fun with a group!

All I have time for!
Hello friends. I am just stopping by to say Hi. I am determined to finish up the Christmas shopping today, so that next week can be devoted to wrapping and planning my Christmas dinner for 24! I love the season so much, and if I stick to a schedule, I find I am more relaxed. So I promise I nice long post about what's going on in this part of the country, and with me, this week. I am holding my own, and eating pretty well. Just finished a nice poached egg breakfast. Had a great fondue dinner out last night. I'll talk about that later. Love and hugs to all of you treasured friends!!

Hey Pattie:) I wanted to tell you that I got Elf on the Shelf for Karson before they left for Georgia. My daughter is getting tired of hiding him everywhere, but Karson is still having fun finding him. He named him Silly Elf. There are some really, really cute ideas on pinterest of where to hide him. You are going to be a good GMa:) I also wanted to say that the pins that you are doing for the wedding ideas are AMAZING!!! We just had a reception for my daughter Kayce because they married before her husband left for Iraq. I'm glad I didn't have pinterest for ideas because it was hard to stop as it was for the reception. Very fun!
ReplyDeleteAnd BIG hugs back to you!
