With me I get stuck for a little while and then all of a sudden I start moving a bit downward. When I want to snack in the afternoons I usually figure I didn't have a big enough lunch to hold me. A bigger meal might keep you more satisfied until the next oneBethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14900189705707651375noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1860652407034814193.post-2414974010623428572011-08-08T14:28:42.129-04:002011-08-08T14:28:42.129-04:00I think that sounds like a great plan! Not this week ! :)Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06792676971597382540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1860652407034814193.post-69488195955413624672011-08-07T19:20:28.548-04:002011-08-07T19:20:28.548-04:00Me - I like to just wing it. You will get to where you want in no time :-)
Have a great day.PurpleRosyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11038204772860553985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1860652407034814193.post-89879588296793748272011-08-07T15:47:51.113-04:002011-08-07T15:47:51.113-04:00I think your goal is definitely attainable. It sounds like you got a lot done yesterday and had a little "me" time.
I think I am lucky that I generally don't snack between meals. That saves me a lot of extra calories a day. I also think that when you are making up your meal plans that you should make them your very favorites and stick to them for the week. Are you using the 15/6 chart from the book? I used it every day in the beginning. It was an eye opener when I wouldn't have any carbs left at the end of the day. Sugar seems easier for me to stay away from right now.
Your dessert sounds yummy. I ate warm berries and cool whip every night. I haven't had that for awhile now, because I found the Clemmy o's. What are your food triggers? What are the things that you just can't live without? What are the things that you eat too much of that you could give up for a couple of weeks?
The feeling of accomplishment that you will have will be well worth what you are giving up! Good luck and remind us when it is your birthday so we can celebrate!Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13876597084432433257noreply@blogger.com
